Abstract
DiagNano™ Maleimide-Activated Gold Nanoparticle Conjugation Kits, 10 nm (Cat# MGK-10) is a one-step procedure to covalently conjugate proteins and other thiol-containing ligands to 10 nm gold nanparticles. There is a PEG (5 kDa)-spacer between the gold surface and maleimide-groups. The kit contains buffers and lyophilized 10 nm maleimide-activated gold nanparticles.
